Every feature request now has a cleaner separation of conversations: a private thread with the person who requested it, and a public discussion on your portal. In the inbox, pick Reply to requester or Public reply. Public replies are emailed to everyone who upvoted. Replies to the requester stay between you and them.

Comments you can trust

• Visitors confirm their email once before their first comment.

• You decide whether commenters show their name and photo, stay anonymous as guests, or choose for themselves.

• Commenters can fix a typo or delete their comment for 15 minutes after posting.

Pick how visitors sign in: with the Gleap SDK, or with Single sign-on, where your server signs a short token and no SDK is needed. Turn on Require sign-in for a customers-only portal.
