Customers who run a staging and a production project want to move workflows between them instead of rebuilding them by hand. Today a workflow can only be duplicated inside the same project; there is no cross-project copy and no export/import (e.g. JSON file). Need: build and test workflows in a staging project, then copy them to production (or export from one project and import into another), with references to teams, tags and agents re-mapped or flagged when they don't exist in the target project.
