The ticket conversation feed in the agent dashboard shows hardcoded English labels such as "Sent availability to user." (inbox preview: "Sent availability"). These are not part of Static translations and cannot be translated or reworded. Customer need: translate this label into Azerbaijani (and other languages) so agents see it in their own language. A supported way to translate or override dashboard feed labels would solve it.
