Customers want to control how much Kai thinks (reasoning effort) when generating replies, and to set the temperature for models such as OpenAI's when reasoning is off. Today reply effort is fixed by Gleap, there is no temperature control in the dashboard, and temperature is not sent to OpenAI models. Reasoning effort can only be chosen for Kai Code and the Code checks of a Kai Support agent.
