When viewing a team in Conversations (e.g. the "Inbox" team), there is no temporary filter. The customer wants to filter the team list directly, for example by assignee, without creating a saved view. Today they keep one saved view per colleague (the Inbox team filtered by that assignee), which bloats the sidebar. Quick filtering on team lists would remove the need for many custom views.
