Agents who trigger many workflows manually want "Start workflow" available as a direct button in the inbox composer toolbar instead of only inside the ⋯ menu. With the new composer design it costs an extra click on every manual run. Today it is only in the ⋯ menu (and via the Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+B shortcut). Customer also reports the shortcut did not work for them on Mac in Chrome.
