End users want to speak into the widget's feedback form and chat input and have it transcribed into the text field, instead of typing or sending an audio clip. Need: capturing feedback is much faster by voice. Dictation already exists for teammates in the dashboard (e.g. ticket replies); today the widget's mic only records audio messages ("Allow audio messages") and form text fields have no mic at all.
