The ticket change history only lists changes made after a ticket exists (status, priority, type, title, tags, etc.). It has no "created by" or "ticket created" entry, so teams cannot see in the history who created a card (e.g. on the Blockers board). The customer expected the history to show who created the card. Creation info exists only in the audit CSV export and, for agent-created tickets, in the ticket info panel.
