Teams want to generate a personal survey link for a single contact from the dashboard (for example a contact picker on the Survey page, or a copy-link action on the contact profile), so support can send it to a member who has not yet answered. Today the Personal links (CSV) button downloads a CSV without letting the team choose contacts; single or selected links are only possible through the API.
