Customer wants to move the Automated section (conversations handled by the bot and workflows) higher up in the Inbox views panel, next to Conversations, instead of it being pinned near the bottom above Archive & spam. Need: quick access to bot-handled chats, as the old Bots entry sat right under Mentions.
