Since a recent update, hovering a conversation row in the inbox list shows a one-click "Done" (close) button next to the time. The customer's team clicks it by accident when opening conversations, which closes them unintentionally and disrupts their workflow. They want a way to disable or hide this quick-action button (or move it / require confirmation). Not the same as the released request to disable inbox keyboard shortcuts.
