When replying privately to the requester on a feedback / feature request item, the composer shows no greeting suggestion ("Hallo <Name>,") that can be accepted with Tab, unlike normal conversations. The customer wants the same Tab greeting shortcut in the "Reply privately to <requester>" composer (ideally also for public replies) so they don't have to type the name manually.
