Teams migrating a roadmap into the feedback portal want visitors to explain their need before an upvote counts. Today Upvote is a one-click action, independent of comments, so votes carry little context. Requested: an option on the feedback portal (for example in Security > Permissions) that requires a comment, reason or guided questions before a vote is accepted, while keeping the Upvote button.
