Kai's learning suggestions (AI Team > Improve > Suggestions, "Learned this week") are drafted in English: non-English conversations are translated to English for the proposed snippet. A customer whose project is primary Dutch (all snippets and content in Dutch) wants all suggestions proposed in Dutch, so they don't have to rewrite each one before approving. Also the "Learned this week" card labels are English literals rather than localized. Underlying need: suggested questions and answers should follow the project's primary language (or the source conversation language) by default, or via a setting.
