Customer with several projects in one organisation wants a combined Reports view (ticket counts by day/hour, busiest hours) across all projects. Today Reports and the Statistics API are scoped to one project at a time; the All Projects inbox only covers open conversations. Workaround: query each project separately and sum the buckets.
