Customer wants to customize workflow steps through the Gleap MCP server, for example the "Ask users for their email address before answering" option and its prompt on the "Let Kai Support answer" step. Today MCP can only list workflows and start an existing live workflow on a ticket. It cannot create, edit or publish workflows or step settings, and get_workflows omits step details.
