Customer editing an outbound email campaign could not find how to add a picture. The selected-text toolbar has no image button, and the only path is typing /image in the body. The customer's feedback: finding it is too hard. Request: add a visible way to insert an image, such as an image button in the editor toolbar or an insert control, or a hint in the body placeholder text pointing to /image.
