The messenger announcement (Settings → Channels → Widget → Announcement) is a single project-wide notice shown on messenger home and in all conversations. Customers with separate conversation flows per product (e.g. one per game) want to show the announcement only in selected flows, such as the general flow plus the flow for the affected game.
