Customers want a complete export, per snippet, listing the actual tickets/conversations where Kai cited that snippet, not just the aggregate "Uses" number. Today the Uses column is an aggregate counter, the snippet CSV contains content columns only, raw statistics events for Kai answers carry no snippet id, and AI-only conversations are removed after about 33 days, so a full historical snippet-to-ticket mapping cannot be rebuilt. Desired: a per-snippet drilldown and/or CSV export (snippet id, ticket id, date) that persists beyond conversation retention.
