Customer wants to exclude specific feature request lanes (e.g. "Under review" and "Planned") from the unread count badge next to "Feedback" in the dashboard navigation, so requests that are meant to rest and collect votes do not inflate the number. Today the badge counts all unread feature requests (any configured lane) plus unread changelog entries. Hiding a lane only hides it from the public portal and does not affect the badge. Workarounds: mark individual requests as read, or disable "Keep tickets unread until an agent replies" project-wide.
