When "Show sources" is on, Kai's answers show sources only as small numbered markers (1, 2) at the end of sentences. Customers in the messenger do not recognize that these numbers are clickable links to the underlying articles/resources. Requested: make the source links more visible and clearly recognizable as links (e.g. styled links with the article title, a "Sources" label, or a more prominent link style), or allow customizing how they are displayed.
