In WhatsApp conversations the dashboard shows one grey check until a read confirmation arrives, even when the message is already Delivered, and two green checks only for Read. Users expect the WhatsApp convention: one check = sent, two checks = delivered, two blue/green = read. The status tooltip also lists "Sent" twice (initial send plus provider status update), which looks like a double send. Requested: map Delivered to two checks as in WhatsApp and make or deduplicate the status labels so teams can interpret them without training.
