SLA timer that respects operating hours
SLA timers currently count plain elapsed time. Customers want the SLA clock to pause outside configured operating hours (nights, weekends, holidays) so tickets created while the team is closed do not show false SLA breaches. Example: a 2-minute project SLA on a ticket created Saturday with no Saturday opening hours was marked breached while the team was closed.
