Customer sees AI agents > Learn suggestions that are almost entirely article-update proposals (about 98%), with only one or two new snippets. They want a way to steer Learn toward snippet suggestions. Today there are only independent on/off switches (Suggest new snippets, Suggest snippet updates, Suggest help article updates). Turning article updates off skips those proposals instead of turning them into snippets, and article-update proposals cannot be converted to a snippet in the review UI. Requested: a preference/weighting option to favor snippets, and/or the option to convert an article-update proposal into a new snippet (either automatically when article updates are off, or manually during review).
