Customer wants 1:1 conversation reply emails sent from the Gleap inbox to keep their original links. Right now links are rewritten through click tracking. Tracking is turned on at the sending-server level and no project or template setting controls it. The ask is a project-level setting (ideally one per email type) to turn off link click tracking, so personal support replies look like normal email.
