Customer wants to build inbox/board views that exclude tickets carrying a specific tag (a "does not have tag" / "is not" operator on the Tag filter). Today the Tag filter in custom views and the live filter bar is inclusive only: selecting tags shows tickets that have any of them, with no negate option. Saved views persist that same inclusive filter. Customer's words: "Is there an option to exclude tickets with a certain tag in a view?" Note for the team: the investigation referenced an older request (#136884, "Exclude Tag Filter for Ticket Views") that did not surface in roadmap search. If it exists, please merge this into it.
