Allow customers to add a published Google Docs document as a Kai knowledge source and have its content automatically refreshed when the document changes, without downloading and reuploading files. Currently the website crawler blocks docs.google.com, and file uploads are snapshots, which defeats the customer's goal of keeping knowledge current automatically.
