Enable one Gleap MCP connection in Claude Desktop to access multiple Gleap projects over Streamable HTTP. Today OAuth authorisation selects one project, while Claude Desktop prevents adding the same MCP URL again and cannot configure the custom headers needed to target another project. The customer needs to work across projects without disconnecting and reauthorising each time.
