Allow finding a ticket in the inbox by searching for the name of a file attached to it. **Customer need:** A ticket often becomes memorable by the file it carries (an invoice, a report, a screenshot with a known name). Today, inbox search covers ticket titles, descriptions and message text, but not attachment file names, so searching for the exact name of an attached file returns no results even though the ticket exists. **Scope idea:** Index attachment file names on both the ticket (files attached to the original report) and conversation messages (files shared later), and include them in the inbox search fields. Partial name matches (e.g. searching "invoice" for "invoice_2026.pdf") should work too.
