I'd love for my end users to be able to search through feature requests in the widget. Feedback from our initial end users is that the tool is amazing but its hard to read through the currently open feature requests (we have 300 open), and therefore it would be good for them to be able to search for keywords etc to check if people are already asking for certain aspects before logging requests themselves.
It should be a simple search function within the widget and portal, not persistant so it doesnt remove from the UX of the current operation. Just an option for people that want to havea. quick look across tickets before logging their own.
