I would love to have a built in client portal where my users could "login" and see the tickets they submitted and there status.. and could create new tickets here as well. I could then use gleap also as a support center for my services and not only for my products.
The Feedback Portal is almost there.. it should have a login option so i can prevent information leaking to the public
